Back to Part 2!
Here we are entering Grand Teton National Park.
For those of you who speak French, the mountains were named by fur trappers. Lonely fur trappers. VERY lonely fur trappers.
Being immediately south of Yellowstone, it gets overshadowed, which is a shame. The scenery is gorgeous. Here's a crapanorama
I took of the Tetons.
We stayed there one night, because the campgrounds in Yellowstone were full. July is peak season, and you will need a reservation.
Grand Teton had plenty of room, though.
Here I am, showing off my best side as I inflate the air mattress in the tent. We were truly roughing it.
This bird nest was in a tree literally right next to our tent. It didn't seem all that disturbed by us. We left it alone anyway.
Here are the girls, hamming it up.
Scenery! Grand Teton, through the clouds.
Moira, hamming it up again, with Grand Teton over Jenny Lake in the background.
On to Part 4!
